The firm FIND was founded in June 1999.
It is based on enthusiasm and expertises concerning Organization, Information science and Technology, Electronics, Mechanics and Banking management of Mr. Giordano Ghiraldini. He held, in credit environment, some important positions as Responsible of Foreign Department and Manager of two bank's branches.
He was responsible of Credit Card Department, completely restructured and computerized by him and from 1991 to 1999 he managed the IT and Network Department at the Headquarters of an important banking group covering Veneto and other italian regions. The firm FIND, therefore, condensed an unique heritage's experience in developing by itself a sizeable quantity of programs regarding to a great variety of subjects:

- Call Centers, Help Desk;
- Customer Satisfaction;
- TV / Home shopping;
- Telephony;
- Automations;
- Building industry;
- Hidro/Ironmongery.

In Marble and Commercial environments FIND developed a complete set of Information Systems involving all administrative and production managements. Functionalities were increased by writing some Utilities so that they became also useful in any other application's field.

Recently our firm gived birth to a new secure Web Server achitecture "hacker-proof", tested and certified by a greater Audit specialist in the world.
